RESOLVEFUND
We're building a new kind of impact engine — one that puts early-stage working capital directly in the hands of entrepreneurs solving our most urgent energy, agriculture, and mobility challenges.
Our Mission
Revolve every dollar to accelerate a thriving planet.
The tools built for Silicon Valley tech companies were never designed for social ventures in Nairobi, Lagos, or Jakarta – where the work is harder, the capital is more expensive, and the access to funds are scarcer. Entrepreneurs deploying solar to replace diesel generators, electric two-wheelers to cut oil dependence, and climate-smart agriculture to feed the next billion have the customers, revenue, and proven demand. What they lack is capital that meets them where they are.
Resolve Fund provides fast, affordable working capital — $200K to $5M — underwritten in weeks, not months, using modern technology and data that actually reflects real risk. We partner to build venture's track record, recycle capital, create local bank partnerships, and onramp these entrepreneurs to deep pools of local finance. Then we do it again – revolving capital and multiplying impact with resolve.
The Problem We're Solving
Social entrepreneurs aren't failing because their businesses don't work. They're failing because the capital stack wasn't built for them.
It can take 18 months to close a sub-$5M loan across emerging markets. Local banks demand collateral these founders don't have. DFIs won't write checks below $5M. And the perceived risk in these markets is wildly disconnected from actual default rates. We're here to document the difference — and change the market.
How We Work
We are global – starting in hard markets where capital is needed most to prove that if the model works there, this can work anywhere. We're launching in Kenya and Nigeria with a pipeline of 100+ climate ventures ready for investment. Drop your email below to stay connected as we tackle this problem – with resolve.
